Returns and refund

· Please return your order/garment and the return form initially delivered with your order, to the following address

· Once your request has been accepted by our returns department, you will receive a confirmation email and we will proceed to the refund
· Please note that we do proceed to the order refund only, not the return shipping costs

Exchanges

· You have 14 days from the delivery date to ask for an exchange
· If you want to change the colour or size of your article, you need to place a return and make a new purchase
· Please return your order/garment and the return form initially delivered with your order, to the address above
· Once your request has been accepted by our returns department, you will receive a confirmation email and we will proceed to the refund
· You could then make a new purchase

Wrong Orders

If you have received a wrong or damaged item, please notify us by email or telephone. Our customer service will provide all the support required to solve your issue. We guarantees the refund or exchange of any defective product if you advise us in a maximum of 14 days from the reception of the package
